Warm fuzzy kind of day.

My heart is so full today. I spent half the day in bed, just snuggling with Livy. She napped on me, and slept so hard I had an imprint of her sweet little ear on my chest. Jarom tended to Addie and my uninterrupted time with Livy was precious. Livy is the happiest little baby. All you have to do is look at her with a little grin and she breaks out her biggest smile. She's so easy to keep happy.

Tonight in bed, I got my cup of water for Addie. I bought a new cup in Anniston this week and it is a hard plastic with a hard plastic straw, almost like a reusable fast food cup. Well the straw clinks in the cup and when Addie went to drink some water it clinked and that sound struck her as hilarious. She couldn't stop giggling, and her sweet laughter made me giggle right along with her. Addie has the sweetest little laugh, I seriously can't get enough of it. It's sweet as honey. Finally Jarom had to tell us to hush as he was going to sleep, which made us giggle even more. Addie's smile lights up her whole face. I've been a little hard on Addie since Livy arrived, completely unintentionally, and realized it about a week ago. Since then I've tried to be more positive with her and really focusing on the good she does, and we are getting along so much better. I was expecting her to be "big" all the time and poor little lady is only three and still wants to be babied sometimes. So by giving her some special babying when she allows it, she is so much happier. She's my sweet little angel and my little partner in everything.

Finally we spent the evening at mom and dad's celebrating Jarom's 28th birthday. I can't believe this is the 7th birthday we've spent together, time flies! It makes me happy to see how well my family knows Jarom by the gifts they choose and the thoughtfulness in preparing for his party. Mom cooked Jarom his requested meal of country fried steak and gravy, cabbage, green beans, rolls, mashed potatoes, and deviled eggs. She even made Jarom an ice cream cake from scratch since he mentioned he loved them. He is treated just like one of mom and dads kids, and that warms my heart. I've got the best family anyone could ever ask for.

It was a great day that has left my heart so full and my soul so warm. I'm so very thankful for my sweet family that I have been given. What a great blessing they are to me!
