I promise I'm not inactive. Jarom rolled over and turned off the alarm this morning instead of pressing snooze by accident. I realized this when I woke up feeling unusually rested since it had to be only 6:30 AM since I hadn't heard the alarm... err... nope, it was almost 10... CRUD!
So it's been a MONTH since I've been to my ward. 4 weeks ago Addie refused to go to sleep until after 2 AM. I felt it would be totally pointless to wake her at 7:45 and try to go to church...she'd just fuss the whole time. 3 weeks ago I attended Carly's ward in Utah so at least I was at church! Last Sunday Addie had a bad virus and fever so I wasn't about to go spreading that around to the unsuspecting and then today Jarom pressed the wrong button.
What makes me even more frustrated is that I had a stinking adorable 4th of July dress and bow for Addie that I HAND MADE this week with Alisha for her to wear today since it is the last Sunday before the 4th! Now the cuteness has to be contained to us. Not to mention a month's worth of tithing checks piling up and of course I don't have any tithing slips laying around the house.

I have had many of those days or weeks girl. We know where your heart is sweetie! Things just happen, I didn't get to go today either and I was so BUMMED!! I hate to miss Church and not take the Sacrament it just puts my whole week off! Put that cute dress on her next week or post it on the blog!
Next time that happens you should visit my ward. Maclane would LOVE to see you and Addie at church again. It would be like the "old days" in Winchester ward. (I would love to see you at church too)

I'm with Sandy...put her in the dress next week. It will only be a day later! And besides the whole month is the celebration for the country!
I agree. Next Sunday is better anyway. And you obviously needed some sleep.

Oo I'm sorry! How nice to wake up at ten though! I haven't done that in years? I won't be there this week to see Addie's cute dress (is she wearing it this week?), hope you take a picture!
Lucky you getting to sleep until 10! Does Addie sleep that late? You can celebrate being an American any day, so let her wear it and show off the cuteness! (and post a picture!)
I was feeling pretty inactive for a while too. I think Taylor had a fever or something the week before I had Bella, so we didn't go to church. Then, I missed a couple of weeks after Bella was born, and just when I was going to go back, Bella ended up in the hospital, and we missed again. Then, I think I went to church once before I broke my tailbone and then missed a couple more weeks. I think things are finally back to normal.
