I love my little girl!

Addie desperately removing the hat while I try to get a picture.
Addie really is my favorite little person. She makes me laugh so hard! She has found out that if she calls out "Dad, Daddy, Daaadddddddddd!" he comes to find her, so she constantly does this when he is in the other room. It is super cute but I know Jarom is going to be over it soon based on the number of times Addie has done it in the last few days. Jarom has to be at church early for meetings so we have to drive separate. So Addie was not enjoying being in her seat so I was talking to her and telling her what we were doing today, etc. I mentioned that we were on our way to go see Dad at church and immediatley she started calling for her Dad over and over and was so excited to see him.

I was helping in relief society during sunday school today while Jarom watched Addie. When I finished I went in to join them. Addie was standing on the pew facing backwards and saw me walk in and yelled "Momma!" Everybody turns to see me but I didn't care, I was too pleased by how happy she was to see me.

Friday Addie woke up while I was in the living room folding laundry. So I turned on the tv for her, gave her some cheerios and when I was satisfied that she was engrossed in Word World, I made a dash for the living room to get me some clothes, leaving her sitting on our bed. Well no sooner than I left I heard a thud. Oh no. I waited for her cry but instead a few seconds later I heard an unsure "momma?" I came in to see Addie's hands holding the top of her pack and play and when I came around the side of it she was on her tiptoes, holding on to the pack and play to keep from falling. She had tried to crawl into it, is my guess, from the bed and slid in between to two beds. It was so funny though, her calling for me to save her.

After tears from me making her keep the hat on, she manages to give me a smile.

Addie also loves our cell phones and for a while has been holding them up to her ear like we do. Today I hear her saying "hi" over and over and then rambling on so I finally looked down at her to see her holding Jarom's phone up to her ear pretending to talk on it. Oooh how I love my little girl.

She is awfully precious. And I am so glad you get to enjoy those priceless moments when that little voice calls your "name".

Be careful with the cell phone obsession. Little man has called so many people...known and not so much. He has even accidentally texted before. Yikes when the bill came in. Steve wasn't sure to believe me when I blamed it on the baby. :)

She is crazy cute in a hat. I would definitely force that issue if I was you!!

Noah is not a hat fan either. Keeping something on his head this winter is going to be a nightmare.
