OK, so I totally blew it this past weekend! Saturday morning my weight was down by 1 1/2 pounds from Monday so I was all excited, but couldn't exercise outside due to the "snow". So I watched what I ate until dinner and we went to Panera..... YUM! I ate broccoli cheddar soup and a turkey artichoke panini and it was SO good. Sounds healthy right??? So Sunday AM my weight was back to where I started at, and then I ate SO much food at Alisha's! I couldn't get enough, we had such good lasagna and bread and salad with some amazing ranch dressing, brownies, ice cream... Oh, I want more! So total weight loss for the week was only .2 lbs... but better than nothing I guess! So I've got to get back on it and diet! No more eating out at Panera for me for a while.
BUT wait! There is good news! My clothes that I couldn't even get over my hips a month ago button up and actually fit like they are supposed to! After my shower this morning I looked in the mirror, something I usually get grossed out by, and I have lost a good bit of my spare tire, in fact, when I stand up, its really not there at all! That is wonderful for me considering the last 10 months I haven't been able to say that (even if I did have a good excuse for about 7 of those months). My sweet tooth also prevailed this past week, but I didn't completely overdo it.
So onto another week. My goal is 1 more pound. Maybe we should make it Sexy Momma Saturday because I tend to blow it over Saturday night/Sunday dinner. Good idea right? Ha!

so even though I'm not a hot momma, I've been trying to lose some extra poundage too. I've eaten NO sweets (crazy for me) for almost a week now. Eaten very small portions or Healthy food and i've exercised almost everyday. So far i've lost.. NOTHING.. i've actually GAINED 2 pounds!!! :( I'm feeling discouraged!!
Yay! to not gaining and Yay! to clothes fitting better! I think almost everyone had an off week last week. Here's to this week being better!
