October Sundays

We spent most of the Sundays in October home from church since Livy was so small and the pediatrician ordered us not to go to church for six weeks. So to keep Addie happy since she was missing nursery and she looks forward to it each week, I did some baking with her. On the 17th we took a trip to the neighborhood park and then came home and baked Halloween cupcakes. Addie had so much fun decorating them!

Livy's first trip to the park... she wasn't thrilled.Don't worry, these were "family only" cupcakes... Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Bob stopped by for a visit that evening and Grandpa brought Addie her weekly surprise in his pocket and she went to bed a very happy camper.

On Sunday the 24th we decorated a little bit for Halloween during the day and then that evening Mom, Dad, Katie, Scott, Bob, and Mawmaw came over for a night of pumpkin carving and sugar cookie decorating.Livy in her bebepod for the first time while Addie and I decoratedThey had a little too much fun together, heheAddie in typical Addie fashion decorated her cookie with pink sprinkles Addie chose a cat design that was crazy hard, but Jarom did an amazing job on it while I baked! Addie was so NOT into the pumpkin guts again this year and Livy slept through most of the evening. Had to include this picture, Jarom was working on the computer and I handed Livy off for a second while I did something and when I came back to get her, she was snoozing just minutes later.
