Jarom asked Addie if she wanted to say the lunch prayer yesterday after church and she said yes and folded her arms. Here is how it went:

Addie: Hea Fa
Jarom: We thank thee for this day
Addie: day
Jarom: We thank thee for Mommy
Addie: Mommy!
Jarom: And daddy
Addie: An Daddy!
Jarom: And Jesus
Addie: Jeee-u
Jarom: Thank thee for the food
Addie: .....(total silence)
Jarom: Thank thee for the num nums
Addie: fu num nums
Jarom: Please bless the num nums
Addie: bluh num nums
Jarom: in the name of Jesus
Addie: nae Jee-uh
Jarom: Amen.
Addie: men! YAY! (clapping)

Impressive! We are just mastering being reverent in prayers and maybe saying Amen. Way to go Addie!
I so love this phase!! It is so funny to see what comes out of their mouths sometimes. Most of the time when Noah prays Heavenly Father is the only one that can understand him.
