Double Ear Infections...
Poor Addie has her first ear infection... and it is in both ears. She got congested two weeks ago and had a runny nose, but I figured it was just a cold. Well the last few days she has had a low fever occasionally, but I thought it might be teething because she is chewing on everything too. Today though, she started clawing at her ears and head, had a fever, and lots of mucus, so we took her to Dr. Cochran. She got some yummy bubblegum flavored medicine that she loves to take, so hopefully her ears will feel better tomorrow.

I hate it about Addie's ears but she still manages to give everyone that sweet, toothy grin. What a sweetheart.
Bummer - hopefully this will be a rare occurrence - you always feel so helpless when their sick!
Isn't it just the saddest thing? Noah's 1st time was a double whammy too. It stinks so bad when all you can do to comfort them is give them medicine that isn't gonna kick in for at least 24 hours. Urg! Hang in there.
Those ear infections just sneak up on ya... I feel your pain, and Addie, Natedogg feels yours! :)
We hope little Addie gets better soon!

So sad but I am glad that she got some medicine and is feeling better!
